New Book on Cotton Technology

The 16 chapters of this 432 pages hardcover book have been contributed by  internationally recognized authors from across the world.  The book begins with the origin of the cotton species and ends with a look at how world production and demand may change in the 21st century. The book is devoted to future trends in ever-changing cotton production technology and research. Pest control, sustainability, biotechnology, fiber quality measurements, yarn processing and dyeing/finishing form substantial parts of the book.
